Welcome to Scholar Zone at Nova Classical Academy!



Before & After School Care + S.O.S. (School Out of Session) Days



Scholar Zone is Nova’s licensed childcare program, offering safe, structured, and enriching care for students throughout the school year—before and after school as well as on select non-school days.



📅 Program Options





  • Before School Care: Opens at 6:30 AM




  • After School Care: Runs until 6:00 PM




  • S.O.S. Days: Full-day care from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM on designated non-school days (breaks, holidays, staff work days)





💲 Rates





  • S.O.S. Days: $70 per student, per day

    Late registration (if approved): Additional $25 per student




  • School-Year care: Billed according to your selected days via the calendar in your Web Store account





📝 Registration & Policies





  • On-time registration for S.O.S. Days closes at 8:00 AM, one week prior to the date of care




  • All S.O.S. registrations are non-refundable




  • Families are responsible for managing their care schedule through the Web Store

Nova Classical Academy's before and after-school care program is geared toward fun for all School of Grammar-Age students. Providing a safe, trusting, and interactive environment, Scholar Zone is a place where children can grow, develop new interests, and make new friends! Scholar Zone aims to create an atmosphere which encourages self-confidence, teamwork, and healthy relationships all while promoting Nova virtues.
